About the role as Sales and Marketing Manager
Are you our new passionate colleague who wants to take our marketing strategy to the next level? We are 25 colleagues at the HQ in London, 10 at the HQ in Madrid, and more colleagues at our concept stores. You will work closely with CRM, Digital Analytics, and Insights team – to provide a validated data foundation for our marketing briefs and a clear customer targeting strategy. As a key person in our company, you will oversee reports and analysis of campaign performances versus our KPIs. Meanwhile, you are constantly looking out and identifying sales opportunities. Here, you will guide the team and make sure that we improve and learn – to be even better tomorrow. Since you are a motivational leader, you inspire and push your team of two as well as your colleagues in the day-to-day activities – making sure we meet deadlines and that everyone is happy at work. When you see trends or changes in consumer activity, you put on your analysis-glasses and deep dive into the research to adjust and develop our marketing plans as we go. In other words, you're here to deliver change and challenge the rules of retail. And we think that you are the one who can get everyone on board with your expertise and ability to plan and execute campaigns that will build awareness of our brand but also increase sales.

You are delighted when you can deep dive into a large amount of information and data – and turn it into recommendations and actions. With your pragmatic approach, you always seek to solve things, so that delivery will be both on time and with quality.
