About the role as Store Partner
Are you passionate about retail, collaborations and world leading innovation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! As a Store Partner for our Smartech store in Paris, you will be a key contributor to our sales team’s success. With the primary responsibility in being the “ambassador” who conveys our brand’s story and values. As such, you will be responsible in maximizing the sales performance by fostering the relationship with the customers and developing their brand loyalty, providing a unique & bespoke experience in our store guiding the client into our experiential world. In close collaboration with your department leader, external partners, and vendors, you will be providing an excellent in-store experience, at all times. Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging all the tools available to you. Be proactive in engaging and owning the customer experience by navigating across all our exciting categories maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs. Making sure to always stay up to date with innovation, trends and product knowledge. Maintaining a world class visual display and store standards following our company guidelines. We are searching for you...
... with a couple of years of experience in sales. You are a goal-oriented, self-motivated people-person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who thrives in a dynamic environment – always ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done. With your ability to understand customers' needs and requirements, you build strong and long-lasting relationships and ensure delivery is both on time and on quality. Impeccably well-presented, positive, confident and a team player.
