As an Employer Branding Specialist
Are you ready for your next challenge in employer branding? As a consultant, you will work with a motivated team of employer branding specialists – like yourself – where you all will be in charge of a handful of strategic projects and focus on rolling out our employer brand. Some of your responsibilities are to create a communication plan for our campaigns on social media regarding our employer brand. Also, you will develop strategies for our social media platforms and find a good balance between our brand and our employer brand communication. Because you are an IT wizard, you will also make sure our CRM modules in our recruitment system are in place. Can you, with accuracy, put feelings and structure into words? Brilliant.   • You have a strong analytical and strategic ability where you can see the whole life cycle and outcome of our branding initiatives.
  • You speak English fluently.
  • It’s meritorious if you have good knowledge in LinkedIn Talent Solution.

This is a consultant assignment through Oddwork for 6 months.
