About the role:
At Recab, you'll have the opportunity to lead a small but highly skilled team of engineers located in Denmark and Norway, all specializing in embedded computer design solutions. You will be responsible for managing the coordination of projects, overseeing the team's work and ensuring they are aligned with both customer needs and internal goals. You will also manage the product lifecycle (PLM), from initial design to final delivery, while ensuring continuous support for key customers. The role involves close collaboration with our sales team, key customers, and suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions. As part of our management team, you will also contribute to the overall strategic direction of our company.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in embedded system development and design.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate technical teams.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Hands-on experience with project management and coordination of technical projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
