About the role
In this pivotal internal position, you'll shape the architecture vision and execution roadmap for the company’s core business services. You’ll be part of the internal digitalization and transformation management team, ensuring long-term coherence across the entire solution landscape. From modern platforms to cross-functional capabilities, your mission is to balance vision and scalability with pragmatism and delivery.

In collaboration with senior stakeholders, you’ll drive governance, alignment, and best-practice methodologies across domains. You will also act as an ambassador for architectural thinking and engage with business units to translate needs into systems that are secure, scalable, and sustainable.

… speaks architecture fluently and has a passion for simplicity in complex systems. You’re someone who sees not just today’s architecture—but tomorrow’s challenges. You’re collaborative, communicative, and confident operating at senior stakeholder level. Sound like you?

Our wishes for you:

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, ideally within large-scale, complex organizations
• Broad technical background across platforms, cloud (preferably Azure), data architecture, and integration
• Strategic mindset with the ability to link architecture to business value
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with frameworks like TOGAF is a strong plus
