We're a small team with global customers and now we're looking for our next key player, someone who enjoys taking responsibility, trying new things, and making things happen. Life Inside is a video platform that companies use to collect and distribute videos across their digital channels. Your role
Take a central role in our company and jump in where needed: we’re talking onboarding new customers, support, marketing, product, sales, and GDPR – you’re everywhere (except coding).
AI- tools is a natural part of your role, used to increase efficiency and enhance the quality of your work.
Ensure our customers have an amazing experience: from first contact to loyal ambassador.
Contribute to and execute marketing initiatives, particularly via HubSpot.
Handle new customer meetings and drive the dialogue from start to finish.
Test new product features, gather customer insights, and relay them to our dev team.
Be involved in GDPR, agreements, and other compliance matters.

You’re a problem-solver, give you a problem and you’ll deliver not just a solution, but three improvement suggestions no one’s thought of. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of business and customer focus. You're a “get-it-done” kind of person who doesn’t wait for instructions and knows what drives value. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you're not afraid to challenge or be challenged. Most importantly: you don’t shy away from variety, you dive right into it.
Our wishes for you
Minimum two years’ experience in a Customer Success role
Academic education in a relevant field
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot
Experience from a startup or fast-growing company is a plus
You communicate fluently in English, spoken and written
START: According to agreement
LOCATION: London
CONTRACT: Full-time
SALARY: £29,000 – £39,000
