About the role as Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, or rather an Innovation Specialist, you are the energy on the floor and the reason someone walking through Times Square suddenly finds themselves inside our store, exploring something they didn’t know existed and feeling like they’ve just experienced a glimpse of the future. You don’t wait for customers; you create them. You take ownership of the floor, read people instinctively, draw them in, and turn a passing moment into something unforgettable.
Through live demonstrations, storytelling, and genuine excitement, you make complex technology feel simple, relevant, and impossible to walk away from. You turn curiosity into real interest and “just looking” into “I need this”, not through pressure but through presence, knowledge, and the ability to truly connect.
This is one of the most fast-paced, high-footfall environments in the world, where people from every country, background, and level of curiosity pass by.
Your role is to meet each person where they are, capture their attention, and take them somewhere new.
Your responsibilities will include:
Pull people off the street creating high-energy, genuine engagement that brings them into the store
Deliver live product demonstrations creating real wow moments that capture attention
Build relationships that go beyond the transaction creating customers who want to come back
Drive sales performance, hitting and exceeding targets while keeping the experience authentic
Maintain a sharp and dynamic floor, making sure the environment reflects the products
Collaborate with your team, pushing the standard of what great looks like every single day
About you
You have presence. People notice you the moment you step into a room, and you know how to use that to capture attention and create energy around you. You’re naturally curious about technology, culture, and what’s next, and that curiosity shows in how you engage with both products and people.
You’ve worked in environments where you’ve had to win people over in real time, whether that’s retail, hospitality, entertainment, or something similar. You understand how to connect quickly, read the situation, and adapt your approach to whoever is in front of you. You’re a natural storyteller who can take something complex and make it simple, interesting, and engaging. At the same time, you thrive in fast-paced, high-footfall environments where the pressure is part of the excitement, not something that holds you back.
And you’re competitive in the right way. You set a high standard for yourself, you want to be the best in the room, and you bring that drive into everything you do.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, events, or similar
Experience working in fast-paced, high-footfall environments is a big plus
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
A strong interest in cutting-edge tech or previous experience within tech retail is a higly valued
Fluency in English, additional languages are highly valued in a global setting like Times Square
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours
